We work with contracted carriers so that your orders reach you quickly and safely. This page explains what you need to know about processing time, delivery times, shipping costs, international shipping and order tracking.
Processing Time
Your order is usually prepared and shipped within 2-4 business days after your payment is approved. During busy campaign periods this may extend briefly; in such cases we will inform you. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.
Delivery Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows: • Domestic: 2-4 business days. • International: 4-7 business days. These times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery region, carrier workload and customs processes.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is shown clearly in the order summary based on the delivery address and is visible to you before payment. Shipping is free on orders over a certain amount; the applicable threshold and promotions are stated on the checkout page.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to many countries. For international shipments, customs duties, import charges and other local fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. These duties and charges are not included in the product price and, by law, are the buyer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we share your tracking number by email. With this number you can follow the status of your shipment on the carrier's website; you can also find information through the order history in your account.
Delivery Issues
If you experience an issue such as a delay, loss or damage with your shipment, contact us at [email protected]. We will follow up with the carrier and provide a solution as quickly as possible. If the outer packaging of the package you receive shows visible damage, we recommend having the courier record a report before accepting it.
