Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains under what conditions you may return or exchange your products, how refunds are processed and how the process works. Returns are handled in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty. It is sufficient to notify us at [email protected] within this period.

Return Conditions

Products to be returned must meet the following conditions: • The product must be unopened and unused. • The hygiene seal/protective seal must be intact. • The product must be sent back complete, in its original packaging, with its labels and any gifts/accessories. • Including the invoice or order details with the return speeds up the process.

Non-Returnable Items

By law, certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned: • Hygienic care products whose packaging/hygiene seal has been opened. • Products that, for health and hygiene reasons, are unsuitable for return once opened. • Items personalised at the BUYER's request.

How to Return

Steps to return: • Contact us via [email protected] or WhatsApp to submit your return request. • State your order number and the reason for the return. • Ship the product back in its original packaging as we instruct you. • Once the product reaches us and is inspected, your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the price is refunded to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) without any deduction within 14 days at the latest. The time for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible after delivery and include photos if you can. In this case the return shipping cost is on us; at your choice we will replace the product free of charge or fully refund it.
