Our products are cosmetics and/or food supplements; they are not medicines, are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease and do not replace medical treatment. Descriptions and images are for information only and do not promise absolute results, which may vary from person to person. Including use after a hair transplant, consult your physician or clinic if in doubt.

Orders, Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in the relevant currency including applicable taxes. Prices and promotions may change without notice; your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund payment in cases such as stock shortage or an obvious pricing error.

Delivery, Returns & Withdrawal

Delivery, the right of withdrawal and return conditions are set out in detail in the Shipping & Delivery, Return & Refund Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement, which form an integral part of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Demir Pharma Kozmetik Tic. A.Ş. shall not be liable for improper use of products or for indirect damages. This clause does not limit your rights arising from consumer law.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, fire, epidemic, strikes, or infrastructure/supply disruptions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the applicable monetary limits.
