Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the following parties: SELLER: Demir Pharma Kozmetik Tic. A.Ş. Address: Fulya, Mehmetçik Cd. No:86 / A, 34394 Şişli/İstanbul, Türkiye Email: [email protected] Phone: +90534 516 22 31 BUYER: the customer who places an order electronically via the site (order and delivery details are stated in the order form).

Article 2 — Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER, whose features and price are stated in the order summary, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 — Product, Price & Payment

The type, quantity and total VAT-included price of the products, together with the delivery fee, are shown in the order summary and confirmed by the BUYER. Payment is collected via a secure payment infrastructure protected by 256-bit SSL and 3D Secure; card details are not stored by the SELLER.

Article 4 — General Provisions

The BUYER acknowledges having read and understood the preliminary information on the essential features, price, payment method and delivery of the product, and having given the required electronic confirmation. Products are delivered to the address provided by the BUYER within the legal period and in any case not exceeding 30 days.

Article 5 — Delivery

Products are shipped to the confirmed address via contracted carriers. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days and international orders within 4-7 business days (times are estimates). Any customs duties and charges are the BUYER's responsibility.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice to [email protected]. Once approved, the price is refunded to the BUYER's original payment method within 14 days.

Article 7 — Exceptions to Withdrawal

Products that are sealed for health/hygiene reasons and unsuitable for return once opened, as well as products personalised at the BUYER's request, are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law. Hygienic care products whose packaging/seal has been opened therefore cannot be returned.

Article 8 — Default

If the BUYER defaults, the BUYER is liable for losses arising from late performance. If the payment cannot be completed by the relevant bank, the SELLER's obligation to deliver ends.

Article 9 — Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

Article 10 — Entry into Force

By confirming payment for an order placed on the site, the BUYER is deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force upon confirmation of the order.
