Personal Data Processed

We process identity and contact data (name, email, phone), delivery and billing data (address, city, country), order and transaction data, payment-related technical data (card number is not stored) and technical data on site usage (IP, cookies, device/browser information).

Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed to carry out order and contract processes, supply and deliver products/services, handle invoicing and financial obligations, manage customer relations and support, handle requests/complaints, ensure information security and prevent fraud, fulfil legal obligations and — with your explicit consent — for marketing.

Legal Bases for Processing

Pursuant to KVKK Art. 5, your data is processed where necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, where expressly provided by law, to fulfil a legal obligation, for the establishment/exercise/protection of a right, and for our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights; and, where required, based on your explicit consent.

Transfers

In accordance with KVKK Art. 8 and 9, your data may be transferred to carriers/logistics firms, payment institutions, e-invoicing/accounting and hosting providers, and authorised public bodies, strictly limited to the purposes stated above.

Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected by automated and partly automated means through the website, order and membership forms, cookies and electronic communication channels.

Data Subject Rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed, request information if it is, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home/abroad, request correction if incomplete/incorrect, request deletion/destruction where conditions are met, request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, object to results arising solely from automated analysis, and seek remedy for damages.
