I originally ordered them for my husband's hair loss but kept stealing them for my nails, so now we get two bottles. Easy to swallow, no stomach upset.
I've tried a lot of hair vitamins and most did nothing. These actually reduced my shedding noticeably after about ten weeks. Genuinely surprised.
They work but you have to be consistent for a couple of months, don't expect week-one miracles. The tablets are a normal size, no trouble taking them.
Solid supplement, hair and nails are both doing better on them. If a three month pack existed I'd buy that instead, reordering every month is my only gripe.
It took a while to see the effect, you need patience. But after the third month shedding dropped and my nails grew. Continuing.
